2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, including the original shoe box, which must be in its original state (e.g., not damaged, marked, or taped over). Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In new and resalable condition.
  • Free of any scuffs, marks, or dirt on the soles or upper material.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items without their original packaging or with a damaged shoe box.
  • Items that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Within the 30-day return window, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the Items Securely: Once you have received your RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely in their original shoe box, and then place that box inside a protective shipping box. Please do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the original shoe box.
  3. Ship the Package: Mail your return package to the following address. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Please include the RMA number clearly on the packing slip or a piece of paper inside the package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Unwanted Items: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for unwanted items or size exchanges. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. In such cases, we will also refund the original outbound shipping cost you paid.

6. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria as outlined in Section 2. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the package.

If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

7. Refunds

After your return is approved and processed, we will automatically issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • The refund will be for the value of the returned product(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on change of mind.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days from the date of our approval. However, the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures you secure the correct item quickly without waiting for the return process to be fully completed.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure our products are packaged and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and clear photographs or a short video of the damaged/defective product and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a return, replacement, or full refund, including all shipping costs, as appropriate.

10. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty.

11. International Returns

As an international customer, you are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes for the returned goods.
  • Ensuring the package is properly declared for customs purposes to facilitate a smooth return process. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
